Seeing that classic Mustang brought back memories of the Moffat and Geoghan (spelling?) duels at Lakeside racetrack in their Mustangs. Thrilling stuff for a boy to dream about.

It is amazing how diametrically opposed human likes and dislikes can be.
For me, Marc's pictured car is right near the top of my pile of disgusting
heaps of metal, absolutely appalling. I shudder to think what the front looks like.

I’m thinking that whether we like an individual car style or not, we’d have to understand and appreciate the amazing restoration job they did.

Compared to the rest of the car, the front is actually almost tastefully done.

Up close the finish was a little dodgy and uneven with a mate paint. I think it was a custom job. Oddly it had two matching baby capsules at the back. There must have been a car show nearby. A lot of people circulating in hotroads and others. This was a nice one that parked next to us in Thirroul.
