Hi All.

I have finally been able to snare Omega Centauri, have been trying to get a image of this object forever.
I think it came out pretty good, the Tak dose help of coarse :whistle:

Also, although not in a great position from my place i thought i would have a go at the LMC, with the Tran/Neb.

Omega, was 33 images, @40 Sec's, unguided, flats and darks subtracted, and processed in Image Plus, ISO 800, using Tak, 106 and G11.

LMC, was 12 images @1 min 40 sec's, with the same processing as above,

hope you like them, because, I sure do. :D :D

Omega shows nice detail to the core and a very crisp tarantula,well done!!

Congrats Leon,very nice! nothing like capturing something you've been trying to shoot for a while but clouds or equiptment get in the road.

Beautiful, just beautiful Leon.
The Omega shot is lovely, it reminds me of how it actually looks through an EP.
LMC looks great, lovely crisp widefield view.

No wonder you're stoked, can't wait for more.
I bet the FSQ is even better than what you imagined, right?

Actually Andrew, you are correct, it is better than i expected, I get a real feeling of satisfaction when i have had a long night with the set-up, lock the doors, and go to bed, and then i still lay there and think of what shall i do next time it's clear. ;)
