Between a long battle with guiding issues and the generally sub standard weather around Melbourne, it's taken me ages to get enough data to have a decent go.
I'm not overly happy with this go but I'll keep on watching and reading tutorials and reprocess until I'm happy with it.
about 12 hours data

Good effort Jeff.
Some say the orientation would be upside down, suppose it depends in what hemisphere you live in!
Well done

Thank you..... One of my faults I need to work on not is caring about orientation and framing as much as I should.

Thank you. And I rotated the image and I have to admit it does look a lot better, so I uploaded it.

awesome stuff Jeff - congrats on your image - it looks like it has all come together now. (how did you also manage to get 12 hours in melbourne? i haven't seen a star for a couple of months now)
cheers

Thanks! ... it was done over about 3or 4 months. Any night I could image, regardless of the moon, saw me getting an hour here or there until it added up. The weather here sucks monumentally for astro!
