Macro stacking software

Would you please recommend some "free" maco stacking software that isn't full of advertising.
Failing "free" I'd greatly appreciate some recommendations on paid software, in particular software that isn't subscription, enduring licence

I find Siril does an excellent job. It uses most of the stars in the image and does auto rotation (if required).
