Had a go at this galaxy with my new 80mm WO megrez triplet Apo. Single 10min exposure at 800ASA with Canon 350D. Guided with Toucam through 70x500mm using Guidemaster.

Very nicely composed image Allan.

The jpeg compression artifacts are killing it though :(

Although they often don't, I think the added star spikes work quite well in this image too.
