:P Sitting by the fire at mates place at Mangrove Mountain admiring the sky while trying to dream up ways of carrying a 10" dob on a motorcycle, I snapped this one minute exposure at 800iso with the on board NR, high iso filters and slow shutter release. Ran it through auto contrast in ACDSEE pro and the result isn't great but, not to bad. Will one day invest in a mount.
Wonder how the scope would survive in a bike trailer?

Nice effort Deeno, I can't see that a dob in a bike trailer would be a problem as long as the suspension was relatively soft together and perhaps a bit of extra padding to achieve a ride as soft as a car. Check this link (http://www.acquerra.com.au/astro/equipment/13/)out, where Bird has split the dob in half to save on space and fitted clips to hold it together after reassembly.
