This is 5h shot Tuesday last week in very poor seeing and windy conditions then last night in much better seeing. I'll try to shoot another 4h after the front passes the east coast to smooth it out. Still quite noisy in the dark areas in the periphery but some good details starting to show in the areas of higher SNR.

1:1 [3336x2496 - 3.97MB] (http://www.astropic.net/astro/M8_FSQ106N_duo_121B.jpg)
HD [1920x1437 - 1.61MB] (http://www.astropic.net/astro/M8_FSQ106N_duo_HDB.jpg)

Shot with a QHY9 and zwo duoband filter in 300s subs with a FSQ106N at prime on a G11, lodestar OAG/PHD/Nebulosity 4. Calibrated in CCD Stack, drizzle combined in PixInsight and post processed in Startools and Photoshop.

Thanks Russ. It's still up for a while so I'll add up to it and hopefully gain some contrast and thighten up. I had some subs 2 weeks ago coming in at 4" to 5". At times I was wondering if I was in focus.

Thanks Greg.

Thanks Peter. Couldn't get the bigger aperture out this time. Seems the jet stream has been quite happy sitting above Sydney for a few weeks now.

Thanks mate. Yeah I'm happy with the inner details so far.

Thanks Peter. You should see it here passing at the zenith. Quite a sight.
