Monday night was lovely and clear. Decided to do a photographic planetary nebula tour in and around Scorpius.
NGC6153 was one of the objects I imaged.

Yeah cool fun, most are pretty intriguing, like this one :thumbsup:
I 've done that once too, just zoom around the sky, especially this time of year around the Milky Way, via the planetarium scope control software, hitting PN's for relatively short exposures, just for fun and looking for good ones to hit for longer exposures. I found and hit this one (https://pbase.com/strongmanmike2002/image/154436203/original) in this way :thumbsup:

Hi Mike,
Beautiful image :thumbsup: I love doing this as the camera picks up so much more detail than I can see visually. Only wish I had a really dark sky.
