Hi all,

I'm Doug Bullis, producer of the Astro. Society of So. Africa's DSO journal Nightfall. We have just released a 35-page compendium of astronomy-related education resources freely downloadable or in low-cost apps titled "Resource Guide for Improving the Quality of Astronomy Education in South Africa (https://issuu.com/douglasbullis/docs/special_report_12_resource_guide_fo r_astronomy_ed)". It is an exhaustive list of click-to resources ranging from pre-school to college-entry level in visual attraction and science content. While the title says "in S Africa", the compendium is so all-embracing it can be used by any educator as a handy ready reference.

This guide was produced as a public service and is therefore ad-free and freely downloadable. If this material is useful to any educators you may know, please pass the link along. It is in all our interests to have a sky-literate younger generation in an era in which we have less and less of it available just by walking out the door.

Good seeing to all ...

Spot the glaring spelling error (sorry I'm a teacher as well and thanks for the references they are great)
"A 36-page compendium of individual reports, articles, databases, etc, extracted from websites as expansive as NASA and as local South African school districts. This is aimed primarily at the S African education authorities and university eduction departments"
