Thanks Glen. Loved those books. Read them at about 16yrs and then again probably 20 yrs later. Asimov was a great writer and some of his nonfiction were a great read too. Had an excellent style that made him fun to read even when learning something. A great man.
I probably won't be buying appletv though. Even so I hope they do it justice.
Cheers, Richard

Wow.

Didn't enjoy Asimov as much as classic EE Smith space opera, but psychohistory and the vast reach of the novels is quickly coming back to me. May subscribe to watch :)

I loved Asimov, especially the Foundation trilogy, and read pretty much all the EE 'Doc' Smith books as well!

I don't have AppleTV, though. Will it be on any other streaming services?

If you have an internet connected TV, there is a good chance you can stream Apple TV. If you can view Utube on your TV then Apple TV will probably work, without any additional equipment, and you Don't need any Apple IOS type device. A simple subscription, I think it is about $8 a month, Just like Amazon, or Netflix, etc. You can opt out any time. Most big screen Tv's already have the Apple wth app, or a link to it.

For those considering a temporary sign-up, there’s also two seasons of For All Mankind, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

It will be interesting to see how this Diverse interpretation of Foundation holds up. They've spent a fortune on it, and the trailer looks amazing.

They've changed a main character from white male to diverse female. Which will be okay, so long as they can restrain themselves from doing a Dr Who or recent Star Wars, with their message about toxic white masculinity.
Regards,
Renato
