Due to my meds I found that I just could not eat...the irony was I would spend hours on facebook or youtube watching Chinese cooking and preparation of street food in India, China, Korea and many asian countries...so odd...happily, although not entirely back to normal, I now manage some food, poridge for breakfast, yogert and fruit lunch and a half tin of chunky type soup for dinner...the good news is I have lost some weight and should lose more and that will help me walk a little better I hope as the RASA arrives next week (this week I guess) and I cant lay around in bed any longer...somehow I got to get going.
