Bought this direct from ZWO almost a year ago. Powered it up once and apart from that it has never been used. By the time I got it I had set up a small SSD laptop with a TightVNC connection to my observatory laptop.
As I have no intention of imaging anywhere but from my ROR observatory I will never use this now. As new with the Sandisk USB stick the USB3 Type B cable and a homemade 12 volt (Jaycar plugs) power cable.
