Normally I buy my books from The Book Depository but unfortunately they don't stock what I am after and it seems out of stock in most places ... except .. Amazon albeit a bit more pricey. so has anyone purchased books from Amazon ... did they arrive in good condition? Have you ever had to deal with Amazons return policy?
I am after "Space Shuttle: Developing an Icon 1972-2013"

Not books but ii buy all sorts of things from Amazon, and i am an Amazon Prime member (which gets you faster delivery, like next day in many cases).

I've bought quite a few books from Amazon retailers and have had no problems, arrived in condition quoted and in a reasonable time so never had to worry about return policies.

Yep. Amazon also owns The Book Depository by the way

I buy books from Amazon. Some come within days, others take quite a while. They give an estimate of when they will be delivered, and they normally beat that if the delivery prediction is long.
The books have always arrived in excellent condition.

Not books recently but a whole heap of different items
Hi Hans,
I guess, collectively, we all bought so many books from Amazon that the
owner became the richest individual in the world and could afford to build his own spacecraft,
and to the extent that, next month, it has enabled he and his brother to become the first two private
individuals to launch themselves into space. :)

I've bought many books on Amazon lately, and they've all arrived quickly in good condition. Packaging is basically the same as Book Depository and Booktopia. Often cheaper too.
