One of the most active sections on the Cloudy Nights website Is the EAA forum.

Do you think it would be be worthwhile to add a forum to accommodate this rapidly growing branch of astronomy?.

I’ll second that. I would love to have something for eaa! I think its such a fine option for time-poor city folk (like me!) :D

This has been mentioned here before, and nothing came of it, but good luck. There is plenty of information on CN, and elsewhere, and Astrobin is supporting EAA.
The problem we have with EAA is boundaries, it strays over into traditional imaging, planetary lucky imaging, etc. If your using Sharpcap to align and stack your longer subs, is that really EAA, or just lazy imaging. Some folks on CN throw up some very nice images on the EAA forum, that I consider to be Sharpcap lazy imaging. If your guiding, that can't be EAA can it? Those are the issues I see with categorisation of EAA as unique. Some folks still use EAA as originally conceived (as a visual observation enhancement). If your intention is to save images and publish them, then your probably already well served.
