Hi all
Paul (1ponders) was the lucky sod who entered data into the Event Calendar (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/calendar) previously, but due to time commitments he isn't able to continue this task.
I'm after volunteer(s) to take his place.
The Event Calendar is the calendar you see in the left menu, and is used to view and list upcoming astronomical events, such as lunar events, conjunctions, occultations, space mission events, planetary events and more.
I believe it plays an important role on IceInSpace and will play a larger role in the future as further integrations and features are planned.
The volunteer(s) would be given moderator access to the calendar, and would be required to add/edit entries into the calendar as required.
The requirements are:
1) Time to commit to it
2) Interest in astronomical events
3) Ability to research and list upcoming astronomical events (the Astronomy 2007 yearbook is a great place to start!)
Ideally the events should be listed at least 1-2 months in advance. More if you've got the time :)
If you'd like to take on this role for the benefit of the IceInSpace community, then please contact me via PM.
Thanks
