CGE style / Losmandy dovetail plate

I am looking for a dovetail plate that I can use on my 80ED for CGEM mount. The CGE saddle mount accepts 3" bar, whereas the current plate I have on my refractor is 1.72".

Please let me know if anyone is planning to sell their's.
