Great stuff to see an aurora image from Antarctica. Once done with marveling at the aurora, I was trying to work out what the handrails were in the foreground?

I did manage to get to the peninsula and would have loved to see the aurora however it was during all night sun season :(

The handrails are part of the wharf, as it is sea ice there on the right hand side of the image.

This is my second winter down here.
