Hi Guys, just out of curiosity, can a 13 year old teenage girl fly from Brisbane to Melbourne with her two younger siblings unaccompanied by an adult.

Thank You in advance.

Hi Leon,

I don't know what extra complications COVID may have bought to the rules recently regarding unaccompanied minors, but prior to that it was certainly possible, even overseas, where the child was chaperoned to an extent & also assisted with any changing flights/transfers by a flight attendant. It would be best to ask the airline directly as to what services they provide in that regard.

Best

The Minister for Home Affairs flew unaccompanied children to both Manus Is, Naura and Christmas Is without any bother.

Mate, my 11yo boy has been flying Brisbane-Tamworth solo for years.
Some mobs charge an unaccompanied minor fee.
The delegated dropping off and picking up person must be on paperwork.

Always someone that can't resist politicising a thread.:mad2:
Leon My friends grandchildren aged 7 and 5 travelled Sydney to Adelaide and back alone. Was looked after by the flight crew and the friends were on the paper as the pick up people
