Hi Folks.
NGC 3293 Gem Cluster.

Put this one together using ASI183 MCP using subs from:
* 3.5Nm Ha filter
* RGB and
* Duoband Filter.

The Ha subs showed strong and clear signal with no gradients three days before full moon! Duoband and RGB subs taken in moonless sky.
Stacked and edited in Affinty Photo.

Excellent data. :thumbsup: You just need to tweak the color balance and you'll have one for the poolroom.

Thanks Marc,
I only just received the 3.5nm Ha filter. I was surprised how well it performed with the 183 MC (especially in nearly full moon). Attached is:

* One 10 Minute exposure using the Ha filter and nearly full Moon.
* One 10 Minute exposure using the Duoband filter with clear sky and no Moon.
All in Bortle 4

It would be good if a 3 - 3.5 nm Oiii filter has the same result however I understand that even the 3nm Oiii would not perform in Moonlight?

If you're not too close to the moon Oiii should be alright. Gradients can be an issue in widefield but narrow field can be calibrated out easily.
