I started getting this data set in the antediluvian era that Sydney has well and truly passed just now, with the hope of getting OIII and SII for the rest of the NB colour data set.
Looking at the weather report...humm...
Sorry, just some h-alpha teaser data for now.
Seeing was...to use the technical term: blah. The SC3 performed remarkably
well considering the guide star was behaving like a lotto ball in the weekly draw/tumbler.
Anyway the link is here. (http://www.atscope.com.au/BRO/gallery520.html)

Very crisp. Like the one eyed feral cat at 12 o'clock

The thing that should not be
Peter, I think Thackeray would be happy  As for the Wolfman, top centre: amazing.

Very clean image, Peter.
I think Ha B&W images are a genre of their own - can be very dramatic.
This one is fascinating!

Top shot Peter. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
So refreshing to see something real with a good image scale that doesn't look like it's coming out of a pizza oven.

Consider me well and truly teased.

Ta Marcus...I think it has potential
Thanks Marc. Displayed at web friendly resolutions doesn't really do the data justice.
I've attached a 1:1 resolution crop of one of the globules.
Pizza Hutt often masks the two companions and that tiny glob in the glow the central star ;)
Thanks...I like B&W but am keen to get the rest of the data once the flood waters ebb! :)

Somewhat puts to rest the debate over aperture, very tidy details

Ta.
Welll...with other things being equal....extra aperture certainly doesn't hurt ;)

I reckon they should have just called them Blobs easier to say than Thackeray globules :)
