Upgrade to 3nm NB / 36mm filters

Hi everyone,


Not sure if I should fork out the big $$$ for these, but I would like to improve on the Baaders I have now. (LP, reflections etc)



So, what would you recommend and is there anyone has a stock in Oz?


Astrodon bloody expensive:eyepop:, but I think it's the best :D

Chroma, similar price and performance:shrug:
Antlia, much lower cost ... is it OK:question:


Like to hear your experience. And where to buy it from?

If you wander over to CloudyNights, there's some discussion on the Antlia - the new pro version for the filters (3nm vs 3.5nm). Not sure if they are widely available yet. From memory the reactions were generally positive overall, although I think there were some caveats regarding OIII.

Yes saw some of that discussion. Unfortunately the 36mm is not available anywhere at the moment.
