Counterweight with 1/4" thread

Looking for one of these or something similar with a 1/4" thread that I can attach to a dovetail clamp (as shown in second photo) and use to balance my C8. I already have a clamp so ideally just looking for the counterweight(s) but will take a package including a clamp.
