Hi folks, long term lurker, first time poster here.

I'm finding my feet as a beginner with astrophotography, and am having a ball. Shame about the Melbourne weather but you can't have everything! I thought it was about time I introduced myself :) Here are a few of the images I'm working on.

I think I caused some of the rubbish weather a week ago but I'm innocent from now until next pay!

Thanks :) Spent a lot of time researching, but picked up my scope in November so still pretty early on in the learning phase. I'm going to go get involved in the beginner astrophotography section as I think I'm borderline suffering from terminal gear acquisition syndrome, and I really should learn how to get the best out of what I have now before buying more.

Wait, who am I kidding? Shopping time!
