The garden shed one is geting close so maybe..not in an effort to show off but to help generate ideas for folk.

Good on you Alex, for wanting to help Baz out. Barry is doing this out of love and appreciation for astronomy, not for personal profit or gain, so anyone who supports him is doing a good thing IMHO :thumbsup:

This is a great idea Baz :thumbsup: Seeing the different DIY observatories gives ideas to anyone thinking of starting one.

Thanks to the people who have sent me their submissions so far. The page is taking shape and looks like it will provide fantastic inspiration for upcoming amateurs who want to take the next step.

Ron (Tailwag) has done a fantastic job for me and never seems too busy to keep up with my regular updates. If you read this, thanks Ron!

My thanks to IIS for putting up with me too. This forum has been instrumental in the task of getting my message of goodwill toward all astronomers out there.

I am looking forward to more of you lovely lot to send me a photo of your observatory and a little plug for it on my site.
