Adding to the chorus of terrific conjunctions pics let me spam just a little bit more  ;)

Took this one from Cootamundra just the day before the whole Indian ocean fell from the sky.

FSQ106N - ASI462MC - Astronomik 742nm IR filter on G11. 30s 8bit SER files. Shot through thin clouds.

...and some widefields. As you can tell it started with blue skies then turned to sh|t pretty quick.

Well done, great captures, both close and wide and a nice sunset too.

A frog in water, wading through the sky pool, awesome results Marc

Thanks guys. I would have liked less clouds to get more moons in the shot but I guess I can't complain too much about the weather as it was atrocious on the whole east coast so pretty happy to go home with something.

I wouldn't call it a nice sunset. More of a $#$!!$#$!&#!$ of a sunset.

Thanks guys. I think it hasn't stopped raining here since I last took those shots. Not complaining though. The garden has never been so green. Loving it and the mild temperatures too.

I have dumped all my planetary shots this season in here (https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%21ACnUIS%5FstUVCu%2Ds&id=6930D3AD12D5044C%2112548&cid=6930D3AD12D5044C). The good, the bad and the ugly. Until next year.

That's a really nice collection of the event, a good mix of widefield and close-in images, well done.
