Selling a brand new Skywatcher Tripod from AZ-Gti, the mount and pier is not included. Selling for $95, pickup from West Melbourne.

rated at 5kg, no separate rating for pier alone

5kg is the max payload for the AZ-GTI mount, I reckon tripod can safely hold 8 to 10kg of weight but definitely not 20kg
