White water rafting at Penrith

For my birthday, my wife bought me an "adrenalin" voucher for white water rafting at Penrith.. it's the same place where the Olympic white water events were held.

Well i'm claiming my voucher tomorrow! Heading off in the morning to shoot down some man-made rapids!

Should be great fun. I've never been white water rafting, so i'm very excited about it.

Hopefully Kate will take a picture or two :)

Enjoy yourself.
I spent last weekend with my son at the white water centre at Nymboida at an interschool competition. Whilst I didn't get wet, the kids did and they had a wonderful time.

Cool! You'll love it! When the instructor deliberately steers the boat into the artificial rocks (about the second or third drop from the end) try to climb on top of the raft as it goes over (just like he does!;))
