Up for sale is the Saxon GoTo EQ5 Mount with stainless steel tripod, which as a GoTo design has a payload capacity of 9.1kg, and a positioning accuracy of up to 1 arc minute due to software collimination error compensation and periodic error correction, and it also has SynScan Hand Controller.
It was literally purchased in September this year for $1,229 and I have only used it once to give it a try, but I have decided that other hobbies of mine - film and photography - are more important and this hobby is just too expensive.
I will consider offers at $900+
This is really heavy, so I would prefer it being picked up in Melbourne, otherwise, if you want it delivered, you would have to pay for the courier.
