There appears to be an outbreak of white ovals in the NTB of Jupiter. The NTB itself is covered with white cloud, however at the latitude of the NTB, two very intensely white ovals have appeared. They are methane and UV bright (images to follow soon). I've shown the two white ovals in this image with the blue arrow.
