Managed to get a bit of Sol this morning between 745 to 815am. Lots of high cloud and smoke haze around.

AR 2786 is the new region coming into view has a super sized Sunspot!
I have overblown the bigger prom to bring out the incredible amount of prom detail happening around this part of the Sun. Also included the current synoptic Survey Map.

This AR2786 is going to keep all the Solar people busy here for sure!

Thanks for looking.

Great images and lots going on there that you've brought out well.

Waiting for the clouds to part so I can have a look at the new ARs'.

A very interesting set of images Peter. A great heads up for solar observers to turn their scopes back on the Sun - weather permitting of course. Thanks for posting.

Well done Peter!
Looks like we may have some exciting AR to view in the next week or so.
(Just hope they stick around to next week - I should be back in action by then....)
