Congratulations Mike it brings a lump in my throat and near tears to my eyes the pride this generates seeing your work upon that site.. AND your work is worthy to be placed there as we all agree.
Fantasic simply fantastic your are indeed a hero. I cant wait to show people not involved in astronomy..my Son my Daughter my father my occassion friends in the real world.

Fantastic Mike,
did you get that out of the 10" scope??:eyepop: cos' there's no way I have the ability , or patience to generate something similar.

It does reinforce my opinion on the scope quality though...:)

Narayan it's #2 APOD for me. The last one was on March 18 2006 (Jupiter, again) ;)

Congratulations Mike you've come a long way from the first time you started imaging.
I heard last night at the NAS meeting that you are coming along next time to do a talk on imaging, it will be nice to catch up with you again.
