Hi All

Have been perusing and admiring all the planet images that everyone is posting here and the main imaged section. They are a delight to see and thank you all for sharing your images. I may not get around to commenting on all of them but I get pleasure out of seeing every ones efforts.
In the spirit of sharing, here are some of yesterdays images of Mars, after much processing, about 50Gb of video to sift through took a while.

Taken with a 10" f6 newt, EQ6 Pro, ZWO290mc, 2.5X Powermate. Most are best 2000 frames of 15000 for each image. Processed in PIPP and Registax.

Well done Jeff.

I used Mars night before, to calibrate my finder scope and telrad.

It didn't look half as good as what you have captured, but there was a lot of moisture in the atmosphere.

Very nice shots. A lot of clarity in the detail.

Very good detail Jeff - It's never easy with planetary and you've got a nice trophy for the occasion.
Well Done!

Thanks everyone, your comments are appreciated as always. Still trying to get more fine detail out of the set up but I don't think I've had a night where the seeing has been above 5 or 6 Pickering. Images I've seen from similar sized scopes and cameras show a lot more fine detail, so I put it down to the ordinary seeing in this location, after all I am surrounded by brick walls a few metres either side of where I'm limited to setting up.
Still, it is better than trying to peer through planet wide dust storms as in 2018.
