Best Service Ever

Hi All

Being a novice at the helm of the G11, i contacted Peter Ward from whom i purchased the Mount.

I was having a problem with some data entries, and feared the unit may have to be returned, but Peter came to the rescue and was still helping with e-mailed solutions at 10.00pm last night. :help:

Bet you cant get that sort of service after hours anywhere. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Real happy to hear it is going so well Leon and more so to hear a report that someone like Peter Ward is in the world:) .
There is nothing worse than the sinking feeling you have a "pup" or one from the Monday morning run..and to see Peter put you at ease and even fix it up "over the phone" after hours is news one likes to hear first thing in the morning makes the world seems so much better:thumbsup: .

yes Peter seem a very genuine guy!

yep i have had great service from Peter to. I got my G11 over a year ago with V3. I upgraded to V4 and had a lot of trouble with V4 would not run probably with my STL-11000M guider but after changing the chip twice and the main board once and the gears we got it going and is working great now. Buy the way all this cost nothing.

Ah Ric, the mount is performing brilliantly, i have just spent the last 3 hours drift aligning, and it tracks so smooth, the motors just hum away, and the hand controller is so smooth to operate, couldn't get a better mount, well i suppose you can, but I'm stoked.
