Hi,

I have setup the image train shown, which is exactly 105mm with an F/6.3 reducer, and ASI 294MC Pro camera.

I want to connect a 2" Optolong Pro filter, but don't seem to have the correct threads, nor size to add the filter.

Any ideas re what is needed ?

Regards,

Lance

I use a ZWO filter drawer for 2" filters. Obviously you'd need to adjust your spacer lengths if you want that exact distance again.

Yes, I am considering this. How wide is this draw. I use one shot colour, so would only use something like an Optolong L-Pro. Normally I shoot Nebulae with a Hyperstar and L-Enhance.

Full specs, including measurements, are on this page:

I think 8mm wide based on that? It only fits one 2" filter though, and I use it for my Baader UR/IV filter.

i also went with a filter drawer but a square version with two drawers.

i belive the ZWO one is 21mm and can replace their 21mm extension.

the one I got is 16.0-16.5mm and can replace that width extension. https://proastroz.com/products/telescope-filter-drawer-system-with-2-drawers-2-filter-m48-m42-connection?variant=35110807109791&currency=AUD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_campaign=gs-2020-09-10&utm_source=google&utm_medium=smart_campaign
