Hi All,
I’ve just picked up an Atlas EQ6 (with the DB9 connector) and would like to connect it to my laptop.
I currently have an HEQ5 connected using the SynScan USB dongle (with the RJ45 connector).
Can I get a DB9 to RJ45 adapter and reuse the USB Dongle, or do I need to buy a dedicated (and expensive!) DB9 to USB cable from somewhere like Bintel?

Following up on my own question - the Sky Watcher Synscan USB dongle works with the Atlas EQ6-G when connected via the hand controller cable.
This means the $29 connector is a replacement for the $99 cable.
