I’m looking to replace the AZ bolts on my HEQ5Pro with something easier to grip.
I found these on eBay - any other alternatives?

Mark,
Why do you want to replace them?
(The eBay knobs look good!)
EDIT: These star handles may be even better:

I can’t grip them very well and that has always annoyed me.
Small reason, but it would make that adjustment easier for me at least.
Knobs come in a pack of 5, PM if you’re interested in the left overs.

How much grip do you need; if the centre bolt is slackened a little the Az bolts
are very easy to turn. If by any chance you are referring to the Alt bolt, just
take most of the weight by lifting upward on the counterweights, and the bolt is easy to turn, and will last the lifetime of the mount.
If you have arthritis in your hands or something, please disregard this post.

Mark,
Thanks for the offer, but my NEQ6 is permanently set up in the Observatory, and the HEQ5 sits on the "X marks the spots" under the Bunnings chair cover.
I never have to do any adjustments....

Not sure why you find the knobs hard to grip, I have no problem with mine but as an alternative try these, should be a better shaped knob to grip than the ones you linked to.
You should be able to source them locally as well.

Thanks Jeff, I’ll have a look at those knobs.
I’ve just got old hands, i guess.
