I admit to being in hibernation this past winter, I reached the point where the sky attractions no longer warranted dealing with the cold and damp. It seemed perfectly reasonable to button up the observatory, remove everything but the mount, and wait for spring. Well now spring is here, and I am getting the observatory shipshape to resume operations. A few little jobs to do, like fixing up the rear flashing that seals the roof to wall gap, but nothing inside to worry about. I finally found out where the little rabbit that i see now and then was living, under the observatory.

Same here... I hope I will have strength and will tonight to do alignment of my mount in backyard, I noticed it moved significantly when imaging NEOWISE couple of months ago...

Spring in Melbourne isn’t great, lots of wind that cannot decide if it wants to come from the north or south.
