Protostar Upgrade

Researching Off the Shelf options for replacing the Secondary Holder and Spider on a 10" Newtonian (Orion UK brand with upgrades). Looking at the Protostar products. Just wanting to know if anyone has had experience with this brand and can attest to the quality of their products. Looking at including their inbuilt Dew Heater option for the secondary.

Check out cloudynights. Lots of people with complaints about service and non answering of emails. Based on what I have read I as I would not risk buying from them. Make up your own mind after reading threads there.
