This object has been subject to a number of interpretations according to different folklore & culture.
To me, a closer look reveals an endearing bearded little chap plying his way along a somewhat uncertain stellar path with a walking stick in one hand & a lantern in the other :).
Capture details are:
80 x 180sec exp. shot with ASI094MC-pro at unity gain through a SharpStar 76EDPH@F4.5.
Acquired & preprocessed with Nebulosity IV. binned 2x2 prior to post processing in Ps CS2. Colour was modeled on Rodneys excellent image of NGC 6792 earlier in this forum.
I hope this version has done it justice. Comments welcome & thanks for looking.
Best,
Tony

Thanks Mike :), & yes it's a candidate for a 2 panel mosaic to catch all the dust.

One of the better images to grace this deep sky list for quite some time.

All the technical stuff nailed. Beautifully framed. Accurate colours and great dynamic range.

In a word: superb.
