Flat fielding Planetary SER files

How do you flat field when using Fire Capture or other? I'm talking about pesky dust motes on filters, barlows, etc...

Marc,
FireCapture can acquire a flat/ dark SER file and you can use this during stacking (PIPP, Registax6 etc) to clean up the final image.
Is that what you mean??

Marc,
Both FireCapture and SharpCap work with video files, AVI/ SER.
Packages like PIPP, AS3! and Registax analyse the frames within the video and try to capture the "lucky images" where the quality is "better".
They then sort and stack these frames to an image (TIFF, BMP, Jpeg etc)
During this operation the flats and darks are applied.
