Venus

Venus looked like it was in a pretty good position last week, so I did it after I was finished doing Mars. Also one from a while ago when it was a thin crescent:

What filters (if any) did you use??

Hi Ken, that was with no filters. The only filter I have is a green moon filter, and I think I tried it on Venus once. I got a better result by dialling the ISO down as low as it could go (200) but it was still too bright. So I also adjusted the shutter speed to 400 instead of the usual 60 I use for Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. Venus is very bright and maybe I should be using a filter of some sort.
