Hi everyone,
Managed two good nights the other week. First night managed 8 subs at iso 1600 at 2min exposures with M53 above before that rotten cloud came across. The night after was much better, getting 16subs at 3 min with ngc 5053. Skies were very clear but some sky glow creeping in. Both with my 80mm Equinox at 400mm and fujifilm x-t2 . Comet was stacked manually in ps with stars removed. A separate image aligned on the stars was them overlayed on top. Quiet happy with the results although some halos around brighter stars is anoying me. Before stacking the raw files were digitally developed with exposure compensation and color balance applied.
thanks for peeking.

That has turned out great. Good effort manual stacking in PS, it really makes the comets tails stand out by not having the stars trailing.

Thanks Rick, David, Mirko and Pete. Yes was worth the efforts in the extra work to process this. Must have spent 5-6 hours all up. Now to do the night after subs which are deeper and double the subs..
Thanks People
