Hi all, I had a big night and early morning yesterday, here's what I caught with my Celestron 9.25 SCT, ASI224MC and TV 2.5x PM.

That is a very productive nights work and excellent images, lots of detail on Mars, Jupiter and Saturn and catching Uranus and Neptune as discs is a bonus. Venus , unless with a UV Pass filter is always bland to me , more novelty value than detailed image. But hey, if you're doing the rest you can't leave it out either.

Thanks Jeff, I was hoping to catch Mercury also to complete the set, but it was just too low and close to the Sun.

Nice pics and good detail, that jupiter looks really good. I got the 4 planets a couple days ago, but couldn't find uranus and neptune. Might have to use the star alignment and goto to find them, is that how you find them or do you just know where they are?

Thanks all, it was a bit of a marathon :)

Quopaz, to find the Ice Giants I use SkySafari Plus and my Bintel (rebadged GSO) 8x50 RACI finder. I do use my Goto to get close, but the mount is never accurate enough for a small sensor and 2x Barlow. Even in the suburbs of Melbourne I can see Uranus through the finder, Neptune is usually too dim so I need to star hop but I was able to see a faint dot in the right spot yesterday morning. It normally takes a while to find Neptune, but I got lucky this time around.

The RACI has made it so much easier for me to find objects, especially the dim ones like Uranus and Neptune, I highly recommend one.

Grouse haul Andrew,, Think I see details on Neptune, darkish patches - Insane capture if so ?

Thanks Bob, but I think they are just stacking/sharpening artefacts.
