Over 200,000 Km in height, some x16 the diameter of the Earth.

And from what I've just been reading over on Spaceweather.com the prominence has erupted from the photosphere https://spaceweather.com/images2020/31jul20/justerupted.gif.

We miss all the good stuff, ( sometimes ).
