Plastic pipe, suitable to make your own concrete pier, just add rebar.

1.30m long, just over 2cm thick, 22cm diameter.
Has 2 flanges that can screw onto the ends, bring diameter to 27cm.
Brown paint comes off.
Intended for backyard observatory that didn't go ahead.
Pickup in Tullimbar(Albion Park 2527).
