David, don't feel bad about it, the Seeing has been terrible around the area for weeks. At least your out there trying. I brought the scope in from the observatory today, and will wait it out.

Thanks for the cheer up Glen, it was mainly my fault as I imaged it less than 25 degrees in the east at 530pm. That cloud front that came through was forcing my hand. I could see the screen was as turbulent as that Lycra clad bin guy on that advert.... Very ordinary. :lol:

For the record it took me 40min to get something similar to focus....

I think it's great. I like moon pics. Unfortunately I can't fit it on the screen of my iPad in one shot without scrolling. I'd like to be able to take pictures like that one day.
