Omega, Lobster, Swan, Horseshoe
My image doesn't seem to represent any of those.

Come to think of it, I can see a dog...

This may be one of the last images for my 85mm.
Am expecting a large truck any day now...Wahoo!!

Anyway capture details are:

40 of 180s lights
Gain 140

PI Process:
Crop (big time).

I tried 'Photometric Color Calibration' and at this stage, I couldn't get it to work properly.
Thanks Luka, I will work on that one.

Noise removal. Not done.

Thanks Nathan for helping:
'Are you using the screen transfer function to do a temporary stretch to the displayed image while its still linear?'
Yes I am, it is going to take some time (when not sleep deprived) to work it out.

Hi Peter

You've captured so much extra! nebulosity that the Swan, Omega, whatever you want to call it, is almost swamped. The dark skies down your way certainly help with the contrast to bring out the fainter stuff.
