This includes the flattener kit for Vixen SD refractors (bottom three pieces), Wide Photo Adapter, Nikon t-ring, 60mm rotating ring with t-thread, 60 to 53mm thread conversion ring (top) plus the manual. All in as new condition.

New price for everything is about $800, selling for $250 posted.

The Wide Photo adapter is sold but the rest is still available - taking offers on parts.
The rotating ring with T-thread can be used to mount a camera behind the flattener.
