hi to all hope everyone is well
I have a question about Skyfi adapters I am looking at running sky safari 6 to control my G11 mount with Gemini 2 I also use a PC laptop to run all my image capture gear e.g.: APT , phd , and Skychart my problem is Skychart does not show comets as well as SkySafari which i have used for years to hunt comets
and was wondering if it would work on a separate device like a iPhone or iPad for scope control only and use the PC for imaging .
I could go back to using a Mac to run the whole show but find this Dell tough book much more robust in the observatory and has plenty of grunt to boot
it would be great if sky safari ran of the PC laptop but i don't think this will happen any suggestions would be much appreciated
