A couple of quick grabs of both Jupiter and Mars last weekend. Taken late morning after some DSO imaging. I'm looking forward to observing these in the coming months.

Nice captures of of Jupiter and Mars, still a small target at 8.5 arc sec.
Great to see that the planetary images are starting to roll in, hope to see more in the months ahead.

Some nice detail there!
I hope to catch these two soon when my ASI224 arrives.

Thanks Jeff. Yep, small now but big in October. Fingers crossed the weather plays nice as it approaches opposition.
Thanks. That's a good camera, perfect for both imaging and EAA.

Seeing people posting photos of the planets is making me wish I could stay up later to catch them! But those two photos are definitely a decent effort - especially with Mars still being small at the minute.

Very nice. Hope I can do as well in the future.

Thanks Darren. I got these quickies in early just in case I don't another chance. Life usually finds a way of getting in the way.
Thanks again for the kind words but it's nothing that you can't achieve with your C5. Just add a mini guide camera if you have one or put your phone on top of an eyepiece. You'll be surprised at how well that works. There's plenty of great examples in here using this technique if you have time to search for them.
